Another Day Begins
As the lead designer, I developed a full brand identity that captured the warmth and optimism at the heart of the mission. The visual language is rooted in familiarity and comfort: soft, rounded typography paired with hand-drawn elements evokes the feeling of a friendly morning table. The palette leans into cozy, sunlit tones to reflect the sense of hope and fresh beginnings that each breakfast represents. Across the website, social templates, and printed materials, the identity remains approachable, human, and deeply community-focused.
Another Day Begins is a community-led charity initiative built around a simple but powerful idea: connection through shared breakfasts. Inspired by a phrase lovingly repeated by the client’s father—and his lifelong generosity—the movement aims to tackle hunger and loneliness in equal measure. By encouraging people to come together over the first meal of the day, the project spreads positivity, belonging, and care within local communities.
To support volunteers and community partners, I created a suite of print assets—including stickers, apparel, and event materials—that extend the brand beyond the digital space. These items are intentionally simple, joyful, and easy to reproduce, ensuring accessibility for grassroots groups. Together, the visual system, digital presence, and physical materials form a cohesive brand ecosystem that helps carry the mission forward: making every morning a chance for connection.
